Own the good and the bad

We can all readily admit our achievements.

Not so many of us put our hands up and say “it’s me”.

When things go wrong.

It’s lame.

To play the blame game.

It doesn’t help you.

And it doesn’t help them.

Many cover up so as not to lose face.

And end up losing face.

To the most important person of all.
